Privacy Policy — Budget Pocket
SHA Platforms (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Budget Pocket mobile application (“Budget Pocket” or “the App”) handles information when you use it.
1. About Budget Pocket
Budget Pocket is a personal budgeting and expense-management application that allows users to record expenses and income, create custom wallets, manage budgets, track savings goals, transfer amounts between wallets, and view financial reports.
Budget Pocket is designed primarily as an offline application.
The App does not connect to your bank account, payment card, cryptocurrency wallet, or financial institution.
2. Information You Enter Into the App
Budget Pocket may allow you to enter information such as:
Your name, wallet names, wallet balances, income, expenses, transaction details, expense categories, budgets, savings goals, notes, dates, and preferred currency.
This information is entered manually by you.
Financial information entered into Budget Pocket is stored locally on your device and is used to provide the App’s budgeting and financial-management features.
SHA Platforms does not operate a server that receives or stores your Budget Pocket financial records.
3. Account Information
Budget Pocket does not require you to create an online account.
The App does not require an email address, password, social-media login, bank login, or cloud account.
The name you enter when first using the App is used locally for personalization, such as displaying a greeting on the Home screen.
4. Local Storage
Budget Pocket stores app data locally on your device.
Because the App does not currently provide cloud synchronization, your data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its application data, reset or lose your device, or otherwise remove the locally stored information.
You are responsible for protecting and maintaining access to your device and any backup you choose to make.
5. Advertising
Budget Pocket is supported by advertising.
The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Advertising services may process certain device or technical information for purposes such as delivering ads, limiting repeated ads, detecting fraud and abuse, measuring advertising performance, and, where permitted and consented to, personalizing advertising.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google services, this information may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other information used by advertising technologies.
SHA Platforms does not receive your locally stored Budget Pocket financial records through AdMob.
Google requires publishers using its advertising services to disclose data practices connected with Google services.
For more information about how Google handles information when its services are used in apps and websites, visit:
https://business.safety.google/privacy/
6. Consent and Privacy Choices
For users in regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Budget Pocket may display a consent message using Google’s consent-management technologies.
Users may be able to choose whether certain advertising-related data may be used for purposes such as personalized advertising.
Budget Pocket also provides a Privacy Choices option where applicable.
Google requires publishers serving personalized ads in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland to use an appropriate certified consent-management solution.
7. Third-Party Services
Budget Pocket may use third-party services necessary to operate or monetize the App.
Currently, the primary third-party advertising service is:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their information-processing practices are governed by their respective policies.
SHA Platforms does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
8. Financial Information
Budget Pocket is a budgeting and personal money-management tool.
The App does not directly access your bank account and does not automatically retrieve banking transactions.
Information such as income, expenses, wallet balances, budgets, and savings goals is manually entered and maintained by the user.
Budget Pocket does not process financial payments or money transfers between real financial accounts.
9. Data Sharing
SHA Platforms does not sell your Budget Pocket financial records.
Because the App’s financial records are stored locally, SHA Platforms does not normally receive those records.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob may independently process technical or advertising-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy policies.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Your locally stored Budget Pocket information remains on your device until it is deleted through the App, the App’s data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.
Where available, Budget Pocket provides options to reset or remove locally stored app data.
Because Budget Pocket does not currently provide an online user account, there is no server-side Budget Pocket account to delete.
11. Security
We design Budget Pocket so that financial records can remain locally on the user’s device instead of being uploaded to a SHA Platforms server.
However, no electronic storage method or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect their devices with appropriate security measures such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or other device security where available.
12. Children’s Privacy
Budget Pocket is a general personal budgeting application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
We do not knowingly operate an account system designed to collect personal information from children through Budget Pocket.
Advertising shown in the App remains subject to applicable Google policies, regional requirements, and the configuration used by SHA Platforms.
13. International Users
Budget Pocket may be used in different countries.
Advertising and third-party services may process information in accordance with their own international data-processing practices and applicable legal requirements.
Where required, consent and privacy controls are presented to users based on applicable rules and service availability.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning personal information processed about you.
Most financial information you enter into Budget Pocket remains locally on your device and can be managed from the App or removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it.
For information processed by third-party providers such as Google, users may also have rights available directly through those providers.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Budget Pocket features, legal requirements, advertising services, or privacy practices change.
When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page may be updated.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
