Terms of Service
Welcome to SHA Platforms. These Terms of Service govern your use of applications, websites, and related services published by SHA Platforms, including Spin Decision, DICO, SayFast, ForAll, QuickMind, Tap Battle, Tic Tac Toe, PartyBox, Guessit, Space Ascent, Budget Pocket, and Stack Balance. By using our apps or services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Our Services
You may use SHA Platforms applications and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, damage, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our apps, services, systems, or related technologies.
Spin Decision
Spin Decision is a decision-making tool that allows users to create custom wheels and obtain randomly selected results from the options they provide. Results are intended for general use and entertainment. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should not rely on random results for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
DICO
DICO is a dice and casual game application that provides dice-based game modes for entertainment. Random or game results generated by DICO do not represent guaranteed outcomes outside the app and should not be used for gambling, wagering, or high-risk decision-making.
SayFast
SayFast is a casual game designed for entertainment and group play. It may include multiple game modes, timers, rounds, turns, and voice/manual controls. Users are responsible for using the app appropriately and should not use gameplay results or prompts for unlawful, dangerous, or high-risk activities.
ForAll
ForAll is a community reward application with account-based earning sessions, referrals, project news, rewarded advertising, and an internal ∀ reward system. In the current version, ∀ is an in-app reward point only. It is not cryptocurrency or money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot currently be transferred between users, and has no guaranteed monetary value. SHA Platforms does not promise that ∀ will acquire monetary value in the future.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using referral, earning, and advertising features in accordance with the App's rules. SHA Platforms may take reasonable action to protect the service against abuse, manipulation, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
QuickMind
QuickMind is a collection of short brain games intended for general entertainment and practice. Scores, XP, levels, streaks, and Mind Coins are virtual gameplay records only and have no real-world monetary value.
QuickMind does not currently use a user account or SHA Platforms cloud service for game progress. Progress and settings are primarily stored locally on the user's device and may be permanently lost if local app data is removed.

Tap Battle
Tap Battle is a casual local multiplayer tapping game for entertainment only. It does not provide real-money gaming, betting, gambling, cash prizes, or transferable virtual rewards. See the Tap Battle Terms of Service.
Tic Tac Toe
Tic Tac Toe is a casual local strategy game with local multiplayer and computer opponents. The current version has no account, online multiplayer, subscription, or in-app purchases. See the Tic Tac Toe Terms of Service.
PartyBox
PartyBox is a collection of offline party games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Prompts and challenges are optional; players are responsible for safe, respectful participation, consent, boundaries, and supervision of minors where appropriate. See the PartyBox Terms of Service.
Guessit
Guessit is a casual puzzle game with multiple game modes, local progression, Daily Challenges, achievements, optional hints, and advertising. Coins, XP, levels, achievements, hints, streaks, and scores have no monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable. See the Guessit Terms of Service.
Space Ascent
Space Ascent is an arcade entertainment game with a finite 150-level campaign and Free Survival mode. Progress and preferences are stored locally, there is no account-based recovery or cloud synchronization in this version, and virtual scores, stars, ships, upgrades, and lives have no cash value. The game is advertising-supported, including interstitial ads and rewarded access to Free Survival subject to availability and successful reward confirmation. See the Space Ascent Terms of Service.
Budget Pocket
Budget Pocket is a personal budgeting and financial-organization tool. It does not act as a bank or financial institution, does not transfer real money, and does not provide professional financial advice. Primary budgeting information is stored locally on the device. Stack Balance
Stack Balance is a casual physics-based stacking game for entertainment. Its object shapes, weights, friction, heights and scores are gameplay values rather than real-world construction or safety measurements. Core gameplay works offline, while mobile advertising, privacy messages and external links may require internet access. Progress is stored locally and can be lost if local app or browser storage is cleared. See the Stack Balance Terms of Service.
User Content and Local Data
Some SHA Platforms applications allow users to create or configure content and settings that are stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for their own content and for maintaining access to or backups of device data where appropriate. SHA Platforms is not responsible for data lost because of uninstalling an app, clearing app data, resetting a device, device loss or failure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Advertising
Some SHA Platforms applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. The availability, content, format, targeting, measurement, and operation of third-party advertisements may be controlled by the relevant advertising providers and are subject to their own terms, policies, user choices, and applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Our applications and websites may use or interact with third-party services, including advertising providers, app stores, hosting providers, and other technology providers. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, SHA Platforms is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or independent practices.
App Stores and Platform Rules
If you download or use a SHA Platforms application through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another distribution platform, your use may also be subject to the terms and rules of that platform. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms or applicable consumer law, those mandatory requirements will apply to the extent required.
Intellectual Property
The SHA Platforms name, branding, applications, designs, software, website content, and other original materials are owned by SHA Platforms or used with appropriate permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or services from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that an application will operate without interruption on every device or operating-system version.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our apps and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SHA Platforms does not guarantee that our apps or services will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. SHA Platforms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our apps or services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply based on the user's country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our applications, services, legal requirements, platform requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.
