Terms of Service — Budget Pocket
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Budget Pocket mobile application (“Budget Pocket” or “the App”), provided by SHA Platforms.
By installing or using Budget Pocket, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
1. Purpose of Budget Pocket
Budget Pocket is a personal budgeting and financial-organization tool.
The App may allow users to manually record income and expenses, create and name wallets, track wallet balances, create budgets, manage savings goals, categorize expenses, transfer amounts between virtual wallets, and view financial summaries and reports.
Budget Pocket is intended to help users organize information they enter themselves.
2. No Bank or Financial Account Connection
Budget Pocket does not act as a bank, payment institution, cryptocurrency exchange, investment platform, lender, or financial institution.
The App does not transfer real money between accounts.
Wallets created in Budget Pocket are organizational records inside the App and are not real financial accounts.
Budget Pocket does not automatically access your bank account, debit card, credit card, payment account, or other financial account.
3. No Financial Advice
Information and calculations shown in Budget Pocket are provided for personal organization and informational purposes only.
Budget Pocket does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, insurance, legal, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
You should consult an appropriate qualified professional where professional advice is required.
4. User-Entered Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information that you enter into Budget Pocket.
Calculations, balances, reports, budget information, and savings progress depend on the information entered by the user.
SHA Platforms is not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or outdated user-entered information.
5. Local Data
Budget Pocket currently stores its primary budgeting information locally on your device.
The App does not currently provide guaranteed cloud synchronization or remote recovery of your financial records.
You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backups you consider necessary.
SHA Platforms is not responsible for loss of locally stored data resulting from device loss, damage, reset, operating-system failure, data clearing, App removal, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Advertising
Budget Pocket may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertisements may include banners, interstitial advertisements shown at appropriate transitions such as leaving the App, and app-open advertising where applicable.
Advertising availability and content may vary according to region, device, consent preferences, advertiser availability, and third-party service policies.
SHA Platforms does not necessarily endorse products or services advertised by third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
Budget Pocket may rely on third-party technologies and services, including Google services used to deliver advertising and consent-management functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.
SHA Platforms is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use Budget Pocket for lawful personal purposes.
You must not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, reverse engineer or exploit it where prohibited by applicable law, use it to violate the rights of others, distribute malicious code through or in connection with the App, or use the App for unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual Property
Budget Pocket, including its software, design, branding, graphics, user interface, and other original content provided by SHA Platforms, is owned by or licensed to SHA Platforms and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you permission to use the App for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the App or SHA Platforms intellectual property to you.
10. Availability and Updates
We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove features of Budget Pocket.
We may also change technical requirements or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or function identically on every device.
11. App Accuracy and Availability
We aim to provide a useful and reliable budgeting application, but Budget Pocket is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s specific financial needs.
Users should independently verify important financial information.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHA Platforms will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use or inability to use Budget Pocket.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from reliance on user-entered financial calculations, loss of locally stored information, device problems, third-party services, advertisements, or financial decisions made by the user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your use of Budget Pocket is also governed by the Budget Pocket Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is stored locally and how third-party advertising and consent services may process certain information.

14. Termination of Use
You may stop using Budget Pocket at any time by uninstalling the App.
We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to protect the App, our services, users, and legal rights if the App is misused or applicable laws or these Terms are violated.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, applicable laws, services, or business practices change.
The effective date shown at the top of this page may be updated when changes are made.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Requirements
These Terms operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that users cannot legally waive under applicable consumer-protection or privacy laws.
