ForAll – Account & Data Deletion

ForAll is provided by SHA Platforms.

If you have created a ForAll account and would like your account and associated personal data to be deleted, you can submit an account deletion request at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ForAll account, contact SHA Platforms at support.shaplatforms@gmail.com and clearly state that you want your ForAll account deleted.

Please provide the email address associated with your ForAll account so that we can identify the correct account.

Subject: ForAll Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • The email address connected to your ForAll account
  • A clear statement that you want your ForAll account deleted

For your security, we may ask you to confirm that you are the owner of the account before processing the deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted

After the request has been verified, we will delete or remove data associated with the ForAll account where applicable, including:

  • ForAll account profile information
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Display name
  • ∀ reward balance
  • Earning session information
  • Referral code
  • Referral relationships associated with the account
  • Referral boost information associated with the account
  • Other account-specific data stored for the operation of ForAll

The Firebase Authentication account associated with the ForAll account will also be deleted.

What Happens to ∀ Rewards?

When a ForAll account is deleted, any accumulated ∀ reward points associated with that account will also be deleted.

Deleted ∀ balances cannot be restored after the account deletion has been completed.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Security
  • Fraud or abuse prevention
  • Resolving disputes
  • Compliance with applicable laws

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Account Deletion Is Permanent

Account deletion is permanent.

After the deletion process has been completed, the deleted account, ∀ balance, earning history, and related account information may not be recoverable.

If you want to use ForAll again in the future, you may need to create a new account.

Delete Account From the ForAll App

ForAll also provides access to the account deletion process from within the App:

ForAll → Profile & Settings → Delete Account

This option directs users to the official SHA Platforms account deletion page.
