This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Guessit mobile application.
1. Information We Do Not Request
Guessit does not require an account. SHA Platforms does not ask you to provide your:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Camera information
- Microphone recordings
- Financial information
- Login credentials
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Guessit stores certain information locally on your device so that the app can function properly. This information may include:
- Puzzle progress and completed stages
- Coins and XP
- Player level
- Accuracy and winning streak
- Achievements
- Daily Challenge status
- Weekly activity
- Sound and vibration preferences
- Other app settings
This information is stored locally and is not uploaded to a SHA Platforms server.
You can remove locally stored information by using the Reset Progress option, clearing the app’s data through your device settings, or uninstalling the app.
3. Advertising
Guessit uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process certain information, including:
- Advertising identifier
- IP address
- Device and operating-system information
- App interactions
- Advertisement impressions and clicks
- Diagnostic and performance information
- General or approximate location inferred from technical information
This information may be used to provide, measure, limit, personalize, and improve advertisements, depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
SHA Platforms does not directly receive your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, payment information, or account credentials through these advertisements.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, Guessit uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent before displaying personalized advertisements or using certain advertising technologies.
Depending on your location, you may be able to accept, reject, or manage your advertising choices.
If a Privacy Choices option is available in the app, you may use it to review or change your consent selections.
You may also manage or reset your device’s advertising identifier through your Android or iOS privacy settings.
5. Rewarded Advertisements
Guessit may offer an optional rewarded advertisement when you request an Ad Hint.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is voluntary. If the advertisement is successfully completed and confirmed by the advertising provider, Guessit may provide the related in-game hint.
6. Internet Access
Most game progress and settings are stored locally. An internet connection may be required for:
- Loading advertisements
- Displaying consent forms
- Opening external websites
- Contacting support
- Opening the app-store rating page
7. External Links and Third-Party Services
Guessit may contain links to the SHA Platforms website, Google Play, an app-store rating page, email support, Google services, or other external websites.
External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SHA Platforms is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.
8. Children’s Privacy
Guessit is a family-friendly puzzle game but is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Advertising providers may process limited technical information as explained in this Privacy Policy.
Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of the app and review the privacy and advertising settings available on the device.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings remain on your device until you reset the app, clear its data, or uninstall it.
Because SHA Platforms does not maintain user accounts or a server-based database of Guessit player progress, we generally cannot retrieve or remotely delete locally stored game information.
Information processed independently by Google or another third-party service is retained according to that provider’s own privacy policy and legal obligations.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures when designing and maintaining Guessit. However, no application, device, network, storage system, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about how data is processed.
Requests relating to data independently processed by Google or another third party may need to be submitted directly to that provider.
