QuickMind Privacy Policy

SHA Platforms respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use QuickMind, a collection of short brain games.

1. No account or custom server

QuickMind does not require an account. SHA Platforms does not operate a QuickMind account database, Firebase backend, or custom server for your game activity. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location to play the games.

2. Information stored locally

QuickMind stores the following information locally on your device:

  • Game scores and best scores
  • XP, level, and Mind Coins
  • Streak and games-played count
  • Language selection
  • Sound, vibration, and reduced-animation preferences
  • Similar settings required to operate the app and display your progress

SHA Platforms does not receive this locally stored game-progress information.

3. Advertising and third-party processing

QuickMind uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

  • Device or advertising identifiers
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP
  • Device type, operating system, mobile network, and app version
  • App interactions, ad views, ad clicks, and related activity
  • Crash, performance, security, and diagnostic information

This information may be used to deliver advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, measure advertising performance, and—where permitted by your choices—personalize advertising.

SHA Platforms does not provide Google with your name, email address, or precise location through a QuickMind account because QuickMind has no account system.

Google processes information under its own terms and policies. Please review:

4. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by law, QuickMind uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent before advertisements are requested.

You can review or change available advertising choices inside QuickMind by opening:

Settings → Privacy choices

Depending on your region and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Local app data is processed on your device to provide the features you request, remember your settings, and display your progress.

Advertising-related processing is performed to fund the free app, deliver and measure advertisements, maintain security, and prevent fraud.

Where consent is legally required for advertising storage, device access, or personalization, QuickMind requests it through UMP. Google and its partners may rely on additional legal bases described in their own privacy information.

6. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on your device until you:

  • Use Reset progress in QuickMind
  • Clear QuickMind's storage through your device settings
  • Uninstall QuickMind

Because SHA Platforms does not hold an account or server copy of this progress, we cannot restore it after deletion.

Advertising providers determine the retention periods for information they process under their own policies and legal obligations.

7. Children

QuickMind is a general-audience entertainment and practice app and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through an account or custom server. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to SHA Platforms may contact us.

Store age ratings, target-audience declarations, and advertising settings must be followed in each country where QuickMind is offered.

8. International processing

Google and its partners may process advertising information in countries outside your country of residence.

Their privacy policies describe the safeguards and transfer mechanisms they use where required by law.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Receive information about processing
  • Access or correct personal information
  • Request deletion or restriction
  • Receive portable information
  • Object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent
  • Complain to a competent data-protection authority

Most QuickMind progress is controlled directly on your device.

For advertising choices, use Privacy choices inside the app and the privacy controls offered by Google.

You may contact SHA Platforms for questions or requests relating to processing for which SHA Platforms is responsible.

10. Security

We limit QuickMind's own data handling by keeping game progress locally and not requiring an account.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. The security of locally stored information also depends on your device and operating-system protections.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when QuickMind, its advertising services, or applicable legal requirements change.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes may also be communicated inside the app or through the app-store listing where appropriate.
