Privacy Policy for Space Ascent

1. Scope
This policy explains how Space Ascent handles information when you play the game, use advertising features, or contact us. The game does not require an account. SHA Platforms does not operate a cloud gameplay database for this version.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves mission stars, scores, unlocked progress, best survival score and wave, sound and vibration preferences, control mode, tilt sensitivity, and advertising frequency counters on your device. These records support gameplay and preferences and are not uploaded to a SHA Platforms game server. Your operating system may include app data in device backup or transfer features, depending on your settings.
3. Motion controls and device access
Tilt controls use motion sensor readings to move your ship. The game processes these readings during play and does not send them to SHA Platforms. Space Ascent does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise GPS location. Internet access supports advertising and external links.
4. Advertising and third-party processing
Space Ascent uses Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google’s consent tools. Advertising services may collect and share IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising or other device identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This processing supports ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on the platform, permissions, consent choices, and advertising configuration. No standalone analytics or social-login service is included in this version.
Google and advertising partners may process information under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and its partner information. Opening an external website or advertisement subjects that interaction to the relevant provider’s practices.
5. Advertising choices and legal grounds
Where required, the app requests advertising consent before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices through Settings > Privacy choices. Your device may also provide advertising identifier or tracking controls. Declining personalized advertising does not mean that every advertisement or all essential advertising processing stops. We rely on consent where legally required; processing necessary for requested support or app functionality may rely on contract, and proportionate security or support administration may rely on legitimate interests. Legal obligations may also require processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer questions, investigate reported issues, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Email providers process messages to deliver and maintain this correspondence.
7. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains until you reset it, remove app data, or uninstall, subject to operating-system backup and restoration behavior. Settings > Reset mission progress clears mission and best-score records but keeps preferences. Removing all app data or uninstalling normally removes local preferences too. Backups may need to be managed separately. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Google and its partners determine retention for information they process under their policies. Resetting game progress does not delete information already held by advertising providers.
8. Sharing, transfers, and security
The game uses the advertising providers described above; we do not operate a separate sale of gameplay records. Service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where legally required, transfers must use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and avoid including sensitive personal information in support messages.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact Support.shaplatforms@gmail.com for requests concerning information handled by SHA Platforms. We cannot retrieve local-only progress from your device or directly erase records independently controlled by Google. We will explain relevant limitations or direct you to the appropriate provider.
10. Children and families
Parents and guardians should review the store age rating, advertising features, and device settings before allowing children to play. We do not ask players to submit their name, age, or contact details inside the game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can assess and address the request under applicable law. A store content rating does not itself mean that advertising is configured for child-directed use.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as features or practices change. The policy included with your installed app remains available offline; a newer version may be provided through an app update or our website. We will request new consent where legally required. Privacy questions: SHA Platforms, Support.shaplatforms@gmail.com.
