Who provides the app
Stack Balance is published under the SHA Platforms name. This Privacy Policy covers the game and its built-in advertising features. Android and iOS versions include Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). The web edition does not load these mobile advertising SDKs.
What is stored
The game stores your unlocked levels, stars, best score, best height, sound and vibration preferences on your device or in browser storage. Mobile versions also store an app-launch count and the last advertisement time to limit ad frequency. UMP stores consent information as needed. There is no game account, online leaderboard or developer-operated cloud save service. The game does not send your saved tower progress to a SHA Platforms server.
What we collect
Google’s advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. An IP address may indicate an approximate location. This supports ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Data handling depends on the SDK, your choices, device settings and the advertising configuration. The game does not request access to your precise device location, contacts, camera or microphone. No separate Firebase or analytics service is included in this edition.
Why information is used
Local records make the game work, remember your settings and reduce repeated advertisements. Advertising supports the app. Consent information is used to apply privacy choices. If you contact support, the contact details and information you choose to provide are used to respond, investigate problems and address requests. Do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Advertising choices
Where required, a consent message is presented before ad requests are permitted. You can revisit applicable choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices when that option is available. Your device may also offer controls to reset or delete its advertising identifier. Refusing personalised advertising does not lock gameplay; depending on your choices and local requirements, you may receive limited or non-personalised ads, or no ads. Non-personalised ads can still involve some data processing. Changing consent does not automatically erase data already processed.
Third parties and web access
Google and participating advertising providers handle advertising data under their own policies and applicable consent choices. Google’s policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and advertising information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Following an advertisement may open a third-party website or app with its own terms and privacy practices. When you use a hosted web edition, its hosting provider receives ordinary network requests and may keep access logs. Device backups and browser synchronisation are governed by your platform settings.
Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until they are overwritten or you clear app storage or browser site data. Uninstalling can remove local data, but device backups may retain or restore it. Clearing storage resets your progress. SHA Platforms does not have a cloud copy from which to recover or remotely delete your local game records. Google and other service providers determine retention of their data under their own policies. Support correspondence, if you send it, is kept only as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations; no fixed retention period is promised.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive certain personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights are subject to applicable law. Use the contact route below for requests about information handled by the publisher. For information independently handled by Google, its privacy policy explains its controls and request routes. Withdrawal of consent applies going forward and does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Children and families
The game does not ask players to enter their date of birth or create a profile. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by local law and the app’s store age rating. If you believe personal information from a child has been provided improperly, contact the publisher without including unnecessary details about the child. Advertising settings and any age-related consent requirements must follow applicable law; this policy does not give a child permission to bypass those requirements.
Security and international processing
Local information is protected by your device or browser controls. Online providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable policies and safeguards. No device, network or storage system is completely secure. Keep your device updated and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information in support requests.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The current text and revision date will be available in the app. Where required, material changes will be explained and new consent requested before the relevant processing begins.
