General Privacy Information
Who Is Responsible for This Policy
SHA Platforms is the publisher responsible for this Privacy Policy and for information that is submitted directly to SHA Platforms.
Privacy contact: support.shaplatforms@gmail.com
Location: Berlin, Germany.
Information Submitted Directly to SHA Platforms
Some SHA Platforms applications do not require an account, while others may require an account to provide account-based features. ForAll currently requires an account for its core account-based functionality.
SHA Platforms may receive personal information when a user voluntarily contacts us, for example by email for support, feedback, privacy questions, or business inquiries. This may include the user's email address, name if provided, message content, and any information the user chooses to include.
We use information submitted directly to us only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide support, maintain appropriate records, protect our services, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Advertising and Google AdMob
Some SHA Platforms applications may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Depending on the platform, SDK version, app configuration, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, general or approximate location derived from IP address, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostic information, performance information, and related usage information.
This information may be used by Google and its partners for purposes such as providing and measuring advertising, analytics, improving advertising services, security, and fraud prevention.
SHA Platforms does not independently control Google's or its advertising partners' processing of information through their services. SHA Platforms may receive advertising reports, performance information, and other information made available through AdMob.
For more information, users can review Google's privacy information at Google Privacy Policy.
Consent, European Privacy, and Privacy Options
Where required by applicable law or Google advertising policies, our applications may present privacy disclosures or request consent before certain advertising technologies or personal-data processing activities are used.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, SHA Platforms applications that use advertising may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage applicable privacy choices.
Depending on the user's choices, applicable law, and available Google advertising services, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise limited.
Where required, the application may provide a privacy-options entry point that allows users to review or change available consent choices.
iOS Tracking Permission
On Apple platforms, if an application or advertising service seeks permission to track a user across apps or websites owned by other companies, the application may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission request where required. The availability and effect of this permission depend on the app version, device settings, and applicable platform requirements.
Third-Party Services
SHA Platforms applications and websites may rely on third-party services for functions such as advertising, app distribution, hosting, network delivery, diagnostics, security, and other technical functionality.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices may change independently of SHA Platforms, and users should review the privacy information of relevant third-party services when appropriate.
Website and Hosting
The SHA Platforms website is primarily used to provide information about our applications, privacy practices, terms, and contact details. The website does not require a user account.
Our hosting or network providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request data, and security logs, as necessary to deliver and protect the website.
The contact form on our website opens the user's email application; the website itself does not submit the form contents to a SHA Platforms web database.
Local Data Storage
Some information created or configured by users may be stored locally on their device rather than on SHA Platforms servers.
Local data generally remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the application's data, resets relevant settings, or uninstalls the application, depending on the device and operating system.
Data Retention
Information stored locally by an application generally remains on the user's device until it is removed as described above.
Information voluntarily submitted directly to SHA Platforms, such as support or contact messages, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate records, protect our services, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Information processed independently by third-party services is retained according to those providers' own policies and settings.
International Processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where the user is located. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for their processing under applicable law.
Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of our services to protect information handled directly by SHA Platforms. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
SHA Platforms applications covered by this policy are intended for a general audience unless an app-specific policy states otherwise, and are not specifically directed at children.
SHA Platforms does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through these applications. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been provided directly to us inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate.
Third-party services used by our applications may have their own rules, age requirements, and privacy practices relating to children and younger users.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding personal information handled directly by SHA Platforms. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and other rights provided by applicable privacy law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may have the right to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To make a privacy-related request concerning information held directly by SHA Platforms, contact us at support.shaplatforms@gmail.com or through our Contact page.
Privacy Choices Managed by Third Parties
Requests concerning information processed independently by Google or another third-party provider may need to be made directly to that provider. Users can also use privacy, advertising, tracking, or permission controls made available by their device, operating system, app store, consent message, or the relevant third-party service.
